Currently there are two ways to register.

1-New registrations at Huisartsenpraktijk Brabantpark:

At the moment we are open for students of the BUAS and AVANS living in Breda ( that do NOT have a GP in Breda yet) , and for patients living in the postcode 4811, 4816, 4817 and 4818.

In the Netherlands, it’s not possible to simply go to the hospital during office hours for emergencies. Therefore, it’s mandatory to have a general practitioner in your place of residence. To register with our practice you can fill in the registration form below.  We will contact you as soon as possible after processing. 

PLEASE NOTE:

It may take up to three weeks for your registration to be fully processed.

You must complete a separate registration form for each member of your family.

You can only schedule an appointment at the practice once we have received your previous GP’s file.

Registrations will not be processed during our holidays/training days.

 2- Register to thuisdok.nl:

Thuisdok.nl is a digital general practice in Breda and the surrounding area. You can come to Thuisdok for complete general practitioner care in a smarter way. What can be done quickly and online, we arrange digitally in a responsible manner, together with you. For this we use the innovative software from www.spraakuur.nl.

For emergencies and for questions that require direct contact with a healthcare provider, for example in the case of chronic or palliative care, we always have room for you at one of our practice locations in Breda.
