Currently there are two ways to register.

1-New registrations at Huisartsenpraktijk Brabantpark:

At the moment we are open for students of the BUAS and AVANS living in Breda ( that do NOT have a GP in Breda yet) , and for patients living in the postcode 4817.

In the Netherlands it’s not possible to just go to the hospital for emergencies during office hours. For that reason it is required you have a family doctor in the city you live. To register yourself at our practice, please call us at 076 521 67 33, tell us you are looking for a family doctor and that you would like to register. The assistant will first ask you why you want an appointment, because of the schedule of the doctor, after that she will book you an appointment.

If you already have a family doctor in the Netherlands, you must first inform him or her that you are transferring your registration.

When you come for your first appointment please bring a valid ID with you. The assistant will give you a registration form than, so you can register yourself at our practice.

 2- Register to thuisdok.nl:

Thuisdok.nl is a digital general practice in Breda and the surrounding area. You can come to Thuisdok for complete general practitioner care in a smarter way. What can be done quickly and online, we arrange digitally in a responsible manner, together with you. For this we use the innovative software from www.spraakuur.nl.

For emergencies and for questions that require direct contact with a healthcare provider, for example in the case of chronic or palliative care, we always have room for you at one of our practice locations in Breda.
